New ESPO 2010 Catalogue

The latest release of the ESPO Catalogue is now available to download from the SIMS Home Page.

You can download the ESPO.zip file from the website, extract the files and import them directly into your FMS system. Alternatively, the individual files are available to download seperately.

New Remote Access System

From today Centrally Hosted MIS Users will be directed to the new remote access system when clicking on the connection "globe" if not on the school network.

The new remote access user guide is available at the top right hand side of the Centrally Hosted MIS connection page or by clicking here.

If you experience any issues using this system please contact the ICT Service Helpline.

SIMS SQL 2008 Migration

New notes have been added to the Primary, Secondary and SIMS.net pages of the SIMS Home Page to guide SIMS administrators through the process of migrating your SIMS and FMS data from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008.

Schools can opt to run the migration themselves, or for a fee it can be performed by the ICT Service. Call the Helpline for further information.
